Through Two Gems Consulting Services (TGCS), I guide and coordinate diverse colleagues in delivering customized technical and relational supports for collective learning and community building. Our network of independent collaborators engage in co-creating a world of equity, justice and peace by helping communities center liberatory concepts using sustainable practices gleaned from data, story, experience and collective envisioning that honors the nobility of all beings and the biosphere. We help communities, collaboratives, organizations and individuals see themselves and their actions more clearly, align them with beneficial, progressive frameworks and universal principles, document their progress through robust learning methodologies, and support their transformation through engaged analysis, consultation and thought partnership. Our virtues-driven strategies acknowledge spiritual wisdom, aligning ancient practices with new and wisely balance expedience with justice governed by loving kindness and upholding right relationships. Collaboration fuels the sustainable engine of learning through study, consultation, action and reflection. We shift the lens from best practice to next practice through our emergent efforts. These are my personal/professional priorities as I fulfill my legacy years: Centering Transformation housing custom and adapted tools and processes that support individual and collective advancement, Collaboration Boot-camp curating and developing a growing repository of activities that support collective meaning, making, action and reflection.

I strive to bring humility, service, diligence, wisdom and discernment to my work with clients and collaborators.
