Water Sprinkler Pipes & Furnace Doors Notice a friendly reminder for our residents During the frigid weather, we ask that you please help to keep the water sprinkler pipe heated to prevent the pipes from freezing. You can do this by opening the small door panel for the furnace, as well as by opening the closet doors where the furnace is located. Your attention in this matter is greatly appreciated and can be a huge preventative measure for our community. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact the Resident Services Office. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Resident Services Office Hours Our Resident Services Office is open MONDAY - FRIDAY, from 10 am to 3 pm Our Resident Services Office is open to our residents between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday, and the door to the office is locked prior to 10 am and after 3 pm. During the time prior to 10 am and after 3 pm, our office team is working on essential office duties, communicating with our vendors/contractors, and returning emails and phone calls from our residents. While we don't like to have the door closed, this time allows us to ensure that our community continues to run smoothly and that when our door is open, we are able to dedicate our focus and attention to our residents. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to seeing you during our normal Resident Services Office hours.
I once bought my kids a set of batteries for Christmas with a note saying, "toys not included." Bernard Manning
When we get together for the holidays, we are reminded that the simplest things- sharing a meal, telling old stories, laughing at inside jokes- are what bind us closest to one another. Oprah Winfrey
Snowplow Awareness Be watchful of snowplows when it snows. If you have a car parked in the lot, please try and move it so the plow can clear the entire lot. The weather has been very unpredictable this season and we thank you for being patient.
Underground Parking Our garage parking spaces are for vehicles that belong to our residents only. We do, however, also allow you to keep one storage tote in the front of your designated parking space. All other items must be stored elsewhere, and we thank you for keeping our garage clutter-free.

Balconies winter reminder Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow, but not onto your downstairs neighbor's patios and balconies. Please remember when shoveling snow off your balconies that you have neighbors below you. Do your best to remove the snow from your balcony without it landing on the patio or balcony of your downstairs neighbor. Your neighbor appreciates your understanding and cooperation.

"Elf on the Shelf" was created by Carol Aebersold and Chanda Bell, debuting in 2005. The book, with its accompanying elf doll, introduced a tradition where the elf “watches” children and reports their behavior to Santa Claus. Significant dates include the book's release in November 2005 and the expansion of the brand with additional products and media. By the early 2010s, "Elf on the Shelf" had become a widespread and cherished holiday tradition in many households.

Gingerbread houses have roots in 16th-century Germany, inspired by gingerbread cookies and early architectural designs. The tradition gained popularity in the 19th century thanks to the Brothers Grimm’s fairy tales, particularly "Hansel and Gretel." The first American gingerbread houses emerged in the 1800s, often decorated with candy and icing. Today, gingerbread house decorating is a festive holiday activity, with elaborate designs and competitions showcasing incredible creativity. The tradition blends baking, art, and holiday cheer into one sweet experience.
