It's that time of year again when everyone is setting new goals and resolutions, and the Y isn't any exception. This year, we're setting even higher goals for ourselves to make sure we're always going above and beyond our potential. Did you know that setting goals with your child is a great way to boast self-confidence, achievement, and growth? Even setting easily managed goals like making your bed each day, or eating a balanced breakfast can help kids feel a sense of accomplishment first thing in the morning and set them on a path for success for the remainder of the day! We're challenging you and ourselves to set some goals this year! Shooting for the stars is stellar, but for these goals, make sure they're manageable. Once you decide, share them with us so that we can cheer you on, and celebrate with you when you succeed! Don't worry, you got this!

No School!
Help us make our classrooms even better by making a donation from our Amazon wish list!
We will be returning to school and YMCA on the 5th of January. Can't wait to see everyone after the break!
We have just a handful of spots left in our program! Remember to look at the monthly calendar to see what the activity is for the day! Have your child take their coats home each day! We do not keep them in the classroom because we share it with the art teacher and it would over flow with all the items left in the classroom. Their items left can be found in the lost and found.
Happy new years!
Our Monthly Spotlight for January is... Lorelai! She comes to program every day with a smile and asks me and Miss Sayre how we are doing. If there is ever an issue among our other students she is quick to try and help resolve it herself before getting an adult involved. Lorelai is a great example of a student who has an eagerness to learn and try new things. Honesty and Respect are two of our core values that she does a great job of showcasing in all her actions throughout the day. We really appreciate you Lorelai! -Mr Monte
