ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Nora Warshawsky is an internationally recognized nurse scientist and leader in nursing research, evidence-based practice, and healthcare systems improvement. With more than 40 years in the nursing profession, she has dedicated her career to strengthening nursing leadership and improving organizational environments to support high-quality patient care. At Press Ganey, Dr. Warshawsky led nursing research initiatives focused on workforce engagement, retention, patient safety, and care quality. She brings a unique perspective shaped by extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic leadership. She is a prolific researcher with more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and is widely recognized for her contributions to nursing leadership science, including development of tools to assess nurse manager effectiveness.
