The Home Search Process We will automate your search with all of the criteria you've shared with us. This means anytime a new home hits the market that meets your criteria, you'll receive an email notification. If you like what you see, reach out and we will set an appointment to walk through the house. A few ground rules to make this process as enjoyable as possible: Don't go for showings at homes that are not in your budget. This oftentimes makes you disappointed in what you can afford. Remember that somone else is often living there. This means we want to be respectful of their space, especially if little kids are in tow. You're welcome to go to open houses if you see something that interests you. Be sure to let us know and we can meet you there. Or, if you go alone, be sure to let the listing agent know you are working with us.
