We have begun rolling out a new system of outcomes when it comes to some of our behavior referrals. We have seen an increase in the amount of behaviors that could be categorized under: defiance, disrespect, and disruptions to classrooms. Because of this, we will start assigning three Structured Days, three hour long after school detentions, and an Accountability Project assigned to students who are showing major behavioral concerns.
