We start by understanding your business, capabilities, mission, and goals. You’ll complete a brief but comprehensive intake form that helps us align your profile with the right procurement categories and funding opportunities.
A: Totally fair - which is why we emphasize collaboration and transparency. Many of our Procurement Partners are just now building their momentum, and we’re opening the doors for others to join the journey. Government contracting is not a “get rich quick” model — but for those who commit, it’s a sustainable source of revenue and recognition.
Q: I'm already registered as a government vendor. Can I skip Phase 1 and go straight to Phase 2?
Q: When a contract is awarded, how does The Pipeline: Strategies get paid?
Q: This is cool. Why don't more people know about this?
A: While some contracts are tailored or influenced by incumbent vendors, the public posting is still required by law. Every posted RFQ or RFP is an opportunity — especially when you’re aligned with the right codes, certifications, or teaming partners. Our job is to spot these alignments early and increase your visibility.
Real Talk About Government Contracting & Procurement Partner Program
Q: What if I need help writing a proposal or understanding how to bid?
A: Government contracting can feel hidden in plain sight. Many businesses overlook these opportunities because the process seems complex or gatekept. The Pipeline: Strategies was built to change that - we simplify access, demystify the steps, and create collaborative entry points so more aligned businesses can thrive.
A: Our model is built for mutual benefit. The Pipeline: Strategies is often written into the award budget as a subcontractor or collaborative partner. You do not pay additional backend fees on awarded contracts unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. Your success is ours, and we act with integrity in every phase.
A: Yes - as long as your registrations, capability statement, and compliance docs are complete and up to date. We’ll do a quick review to ensure alignment and readiness before inviting you into any Phase 2 tier.
Q: Doesn't the government already know who they'll award before posting the opportunity?
Q: I don't want to jump in until I see others succeed.
FAQs
A capability statement lays the foundation of our bid on an RFQ or submission. This one-page document outlines why The Pipeline: Strategies and your organization or business are a good fit for a government contract or award. While some look at the capability statement as a type of resume, it also sets expectations for the strengths of the bidding team.
