The Law Training Centre is a long-time ZOHO client, but it needed to get more value from the CRM Plus platform it was using. That's because maintaining its world-class service to students and partners is non-negotiable as The Law Training Centre begins to deliver more of its services online. " I knew we had a powerful platform that integrated marketing tools and our website with a CRM. But we were not getting the value that I knew we could be" (Stuart). Leading the Student Advisor team, Paige was also impatient to provide an even better service and support for her colleagues.. "The team needed a more efficient way to support our partners and students with the outstanding growth we are seeing. I was confident that our ZOHO CRM Plus platform could help us". Stuart decided the business needed a coherent plan to meet Paige’s needs and deliver the world class service of which The Law Training Centre is justly proud. So the Prepare to Succeed process, which Nick Bird designed, was selected. “I have used Agile Project Management and Change Management to create an approach that delivers valuable outcomes rather than just yet another piece of software” Nick said.

The Prepare to Succeed process took the Law Training Centre's team through a set of workshops that clarified how it could achieve its aims. These virtual workshops using Miro worked well for the team, who were dispersed geographically from Belfast through Sussex and Kent. " We found that Nick's approach made it possible to collaborate across the team and clarify our thoughts. Nick's obvious business experience, as well as his knowledge of ZOHO, was crucial" By the end of the process, The Law Training Centre received a clear up-grade plan to continue delivering a world-class service as the Business grows.
