Our mission is to provide free high-quality preventative and health maintenance services to uninsured and underserved families and individuals. We aim to foster the health of the community of Rochester, NY while promoting the spirit of education, social justice, and collaboration.
The Asbury First United Methodist Church and University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry have been providing free access to urgent care, work physicals, and health maintenance to the Rochester community for 10 years. The clinic is run by volunteers (church members, nurses, medical students, and physicians) and is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and quality care. We are excited to continue growing our clinic and serving uninsured and underinsured patients.

The Evarts UR Well Clinic is now open in our new Community Outreach Center. We are located on the first floor of 1010 East Avenue, the red-brick building next to the church. The main entrance and parking are in the back of the building from East Avenue. In our new location, we are thrilled to offer a fully-accessible exam area which includes dental examinations. This is all possible from the generosity of our members and the community. Thank you for your continued support.
The UR Well Clinic is currently open for scheduled appointments only on Thursday evenings from 6–8 pm. Appointments are by appointment and first-come, first-served basis. The clinic offers work physicals and acute care, providing care to 4-6 patients per clinic evening. To schedule an appointment, please contact the church office at 585-271-1050 or schedule online at bit.ly/URWell-Appointment.
