Members may download the Captivate YMCA Detroit app to scan in and out, quickly link to schedules, take part in challenges and more! Child Supervision All children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or in a supervised program while in the facility. Parking Because of our unique downtown location most of our members and visitors use metered street parking, or pay to park in one of the surrounding structures or flat lots. You can download the Park Detroit App to find, reserve, and pay for parking right on your phone. Guests Daily guest passes may be purchased for $15 per person. All guests 18 and over must present photo ID, complete a registration/waiver of liability form prior to entry into the Y, and have their photo taken. Need Assistance? The YMCA is committed to making our programs accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. Our support is designed to help families access memberships, swim classes, fitness programs, and much more, so everyone can enjoy the myriad of opportunities the Y has to offer. How to Apply Download and complete the scholarship application form at ymcadetroit.org/financial-assistance or stop into the Y to pick one up. Submit two of the following documents with the application.* the most recent federal income tax form and one of the following: letter from employer verifying current employment a recent paycheck stub state verification of assistance Schedule an appointment with our Business Office Manager.
