While price changes varied widely by locality, home median sales price of $450,00 remained consistent with Q1 2025. Inventory levels expanded significantly, providing more options for buyers. The region closed the quarter with 1,071 active listings, marking a 22% year-over-year increase. Despite this growth in supply, demand remains resilient, with homes spending a median of 28 days on the market. Overall, the spring market is choppy, but could spur more sales in the coming months.
