AEROBIC/STEP ROTATIONS
This class is a weekly rotation of 3 class formats: Zumba®, Step & Sculpt, and MixxedFit
CORRECTIVES
This class focuses on mobility and flexibility to help your body move like it's supposed to! You will use foam rollers, tennis balls, and more.
POWER YOGA
This intermediate Yoga class focuses on strength and balance throughout a 1 hour practice.
IGNITE DANCE
A music driven dance fitness class, dance moves and music from all over the world, great for any fitness level with optional weighted gloves.
DELAY THE DISEASE $
Exercise program targeted towards people living with Parkinson's Disease. Paid class.
MIXXEDFIT®
A people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.
SHiNE DANCE FITNESSTM
A balance of cardio, toning, and strength in a fun, energetic, and easy to follow dance fitness workout.
BOOTCAMP

This Yoga-inspired program helps improve balance & flexibility. A great class for everyone!
FIT FOR LIFE
Exercises are designed for Active Older Adults to increase muscular strength and range of motion.
VIN TO YIN YOGA
Vinyasa warms the body up to increase flexibility, energize, and build strength. Yin relaxes the body while providing a deep stretch.
Spinning®
An exhilarating indoor cycling class that integrates music and motivation for a terrific cardio workout.
STEP & SCULPT
An energizing, rewarding class that incorporates both step aerobics & strength training. With an uplifting atmosphere that welcomes all levels, beginners to advanced.
UPLIFTTM
Combines hits from decades past and present with choreographed strength routines. You'll use weights, bands, and focused balance and mat work for a well-rounded workout.
FINS & KICKBOARDS
Strength, Stretch, & Cardio in one! Warm up in the shallow end, workout with fins and kickboards (laps shallow to deep and back) and then cool down back in the shallow end.
TAI CHI
A series of gentle exercises and stretches to work on balance, flexibility, relaxation and mental stimulation.

This program is designed for people who suffer from arthritis. Class is taught in shallow water.

AQUA CIRCUIT

Circuit training in the pool! This class will consist of different stations/exercises throughout the pool, and can take place in shallow or deep water.
20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Come enjoy this interval water fitness class. May be in shallow or deep water.

Make the pool your weight room from the deep & shallow waters. This is an upbeat, semi to vigorous & strength building class for all abilities.
Join us for a run with lots of water moves, varied depths, & hard work while grooving to fun music. Singing is exercise too! All smiles welcome.
ZUMBA® /AQUA ZUMBA®
A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with fun and energetic dance moves for a great cardiovascular workout. In or out of the water, Zumba® is an inspired dance class suited for all fitness levels.
