Help Us To Better Help You RESIDENT SERVICE OFFICE VISITS To ensure we can address your needs promptly and thoroughly, we kindly ask for your support in two ways: For in-person visits: Please schedule an appointment whenever possible. If visiting without an appointment, limit conversations to 5 minutes or less for non-urgent matters. For non-urgent questions: Submit detailed requests via email or voicemail. This helps us respond efficiently and identify common topics for future resources. These steps allow our team to dedicate focused attention to walk-ins and appointments while managing essential behind-the-scenes tasks that benefit our entire community. Thank you for partnering with us to enhance service for all residents. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Visiting Pets Just a friendly reminder that visiting pets are not allowed on the premises. Service animals are welcome at all times and must be registered with the office prior to visiting the community.

resident reminders
Common Area Expectations a friendly reminder for our residents The common areas and hallways of our communities are shared spaces enjoyed by all. As a friendly reminder, please be mindful of the following when in the common areas: Avoid behavior that could create a nuisance such as playing, loitering, loud noises, offensive conduct, inappropriate attire (please have shoes and appropriate street attire on at all times), or playing music without headphones. If you have any questions about what is, or is not allowed, in the common areas, please refer to the Rules & Regulations book, or contact the Resident Services Office for more information. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and for making our community a great place to live for all of our residents.
Cheers to summer nights, good friends, and unforgettable memories. Unknown

Slow Down You're Moving Too Fast friendly reminders for drivers in our community Patience is a virtue and in a parking lot and on the roads that connect our community buildings, that virtue can be tested. That patience, however, can preserve damages to your car, to other's cars, surrounding landscape, and the likelihood of injury to pedestrians. Please take things slow when driving in/out and around our community and parking lots. If you see someone speeding in the parking lot or surrounding areas of our community, please let the office know by providing a description to the best of your ability of the make/model and color of the speeding vehicle. Please also remember that the garage doors are set for sufficient time for one vehicle to pass through. We are not responsible for any damage to cars that "piggyback" each other to enter or exit the underground parking garage. While driving in the underground parking garage, please be aware and on the lookout for residents who may be walking in the garage to/from their cars as well as those around the waste receptacle area/recycling and trash.
Exercise Room we invite you to check it out Looking to stay active? Check out our community exercise room located in Building 4, on the 3rd floor, and is open to all residents. Stop by, get moving, and make the most of this great amenity.

A QR code (Quick Response code) is a type of bar code found on products you buy that get scanned at the checkout. The QR code contains information, in all those black lines and squares, about something it is connected to like a website or app. QR codes can be read by a mobile device that has access to the internet such as a smartphone camera or iPad camera. By scanning the QR code using the camera or scanning app on your smart device you will be taken to a website. This saves you the time of typing a website link into your search browser. Why do we need to know about QR codes? Originally QR codes were used a lot for marketing purposes but now, we use them to electronically order at a restaurant, to check into a doctor or dentist appointment, to book tickets for movies, theaters and even flights and to play online games. You can even use a QR code to access the Highlands Communities website. How do I use them? The process for scanning QR codes depends on the type of phone you have. Most smartphones and iPads can scan QR codes using their camera app but some may require you to download a QR code scanner app. How do I download a QR app if I need one? Go to the App store or Google Play store and search "QR Code Reader" or "QR Scanner" and download an app. On the following page, we'll walk you through the steps for scanning a QR code with the camera on your smart phone and/or tablet.
