YOGA This Hindu driven discipline includes work on breath control, light meditation, and maintaining specific body postures and positions. Yoga helps to improve balance, flexibility, and range of motion, all in a calming and peaceful environment by matching breath with movement.
TURN UP DANCE TM Turn Up Dance TM is a high intensity training dance workout that feels like you're going to the club with your friends! Although it works your whole body, let the beat move you and dance your heart out!
TAI CHI A series of gentle exercises and stretches to work on balance, flexibility, relaxation, and mental stimulation
AQUA FIT This high-energy shallow-water fitness class combines cardiovascular training with muscle conditioning for a great full body workout.
AQUA FIT - DEEP WATER This high-energy deep-water fitness class combines cardiovascular training with muscle conditioning for a great full body workout. Flotation belts recommended for the best possible experience, and are available at your Y.
AQUA ZUMBATM Aqua Zumba TM blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance for an awesome pool party!
CARDIO SPLASH Moderate to vigorous exertion. Class is taught in both shallow and deep water.
AQUA ATTITUDE This beginner class provides a wide variety of low impact movements using the waters resistance in every direction to build your strength. It's a mash up of different class formats and aquatic equipment keeping the variety fresh!
RUN MOVE & GROOVE This class offers you a mix of aquatic formats and water depths with intervals of running, biking, and sprinting. Moving and grooving with the music makes it feel like fun! It's a cross training gem, with intervals of HIIT, Strength, Pilates, Tabata, Wet Barre and Wall work in the deep and shallow water. All levels of ability are encouraged to come.
AQUABATA Come and enjoy this interval workout in the water! Aquabata incorporates 20 second of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest to provide a well-rounded, full body workout.
POOL CIRCUIT This circuit style class offers a variety of stations of high intensity movements, utilizing a mix of exercise combinations while using a large variety of aquatic equipment. This class uses deep and shallow waters for their unique resistance and minimal impact. This ia water warriors dream class. It is also helpful for building a solid exercise program at any level of fitness.
